Short and sweet - MAN Midicity Bus with Göppel Built-up

For many years we are partner of MAN Nutzfahrzeuge AG and not only significantly involved in developing and optimizing the first low-floor midi bus generation but are still manufacturer of the MAN midi city buses. Furthermore, for the constructive side, we are responsible for advancement of this product line.

Of course the Lion’s City M looks like his big brother – after all it belongs to the current MAN Lions’s City generation. And it is not to say that it is equipped with most modern technique. With his reduced width of 2,38 m only this midibus is designed for operations, where it is required to master even narrow and winding roads - because in matter of manoeuvrability the “short one” could not be exceeded due to optimum wheelbase and short overhangs.

However for lines with low traffic volume the „short one“ will be the right vehicle as due to ist lower weight fuel is saved and environment will be protected.

Göppel is manufacturing today two different vehicle types in different lengths:
Lion’s City M – Type A66
Lion’s City M – Type A35

They are produced by our well-experienced manufacturing team in our works in Thüringen on MAN chassis.
